The time of the year, huh? To celebrate the horror, i made this Spotify playlist for ya'll. It's all about horror disco, haunting electro, trashy gore scores & eerie crunk beats for your Halloween pleasure. Enjoy!

Spotify adding social features

About time... In my opinion Spotify's biggest challenge in user experience has been the lack of social aspects: what others are listening to, what they like an so on. Really looking forward to this update.

Cocomotion goes Spotify!

Mixtapes are, like, the past, right? Spotify is, like, today, right? Naah, just kidding.. But since mixtapes can be a pain in the ass to make, I decided to go halfway and make a Spotify playlist for Cocomotion club. Here it is, fulla balearic goodness, dance jams and pop gems. Next time, I promise to make a mix.

This time they're no mixed together or anything, just a simple Spotify playlist.

Enjoy.

Free online movies

We all know what Spotify has done to (free / ad sponsored) streaming audio. What I wait for is the next spotify for video, both tv series and full length movies. Hulu has been a big thing in the States for almost a few years now, and we all remember the hype around Joost but there must be something happening soon.

In the meanwhile check out Speedcine, one version of what this could be in the future.

Free Spotify Invites

Got no friends? From whom you'd get invites to the currently officially hottest online invite-only music service? No worries. You can get them from here. For realskies, yay!

Bad News: Spotify's country restrictions

S**T. I just found out that I couldn't play all the tracks on my current Spotify playlists. Here's why, goddammit:

""Next week we are going to be making some changes to our music catalogue that we feel are important to communicate clearly. Unfortunately we are going to be removing a number of songs from our catalogue and adding country restrictions to some tracks, which may make them unplayable for you.

Dammit, it seemed to good to be true anyway.

Spotified!

Many people have been talking about this for the past months, but I finally got my invite to Spotify and I'm pretty stoked as well.

If you haven't heard, it's the new thing, better than many "web radios" before, loads of free music streamed + nice user interface + a recommendation engine that helps you find new artists. What more can I say? I love it, hope it comes available to all users pretty soon
