The classic Clarks are classic, but I must admit that the new offering is a bit too wide and they have a lot of healhty-comfy shoes that don't fit me...

Cocoa Tea and Riker's Island

History lesson #1. Cocoa Tea's been around since the 80's and he's one of the abc's of reggae, dancehall an DJ culture, so know you know.

History lesson #2. Riker's island is the classic from Cocoa Tea, and it tells a story of an NYC prison where Tupac and Lil Wayne have served some time. Crime doesn't pay, so you know now.



History lesson #3. The segregated unit at Rikers for LGBT prisoners was closed down in 2005. I guess Cocoa Tea was not singing about this unit..

Now to make this year pretty nice, The South Rakkas Crew have done a remake on that riddim with Serocee. The songs called "Dance Wid Me" and you can download it and actually the whole album "Stimulus Package" from Mad Decent for free, in 320 kbps and it's all friggin legal as s**t and all.
