Solstice celebration 2012

I guess I was in Seattle a week too early. I mean, naked bikeriders, superstar costumes, bodypaintings and stuff. Sure beats the midsummer fiesta in Finland with mosquitos, drunk drivers and people drowning in the lakes and unpredictable weather conditions.

Dubstep cover with wikkid guitar stuff in it

Ok, I admit it, I haven't seen this kinda stuff before. I mean the system the bass player and guitarist are using from 0.57 onwards? This freaks me out. Geeks. Cool.

Apparently it's Hot Hand by Source Audio. Gotta get my hands on that.

Studio geek fantasies

How friggin cool is this???? Brings out the materialist in me. But actually this dude built it himself, so i couldn't really buy this even if i had the money. Sad.

Another bad news is, the Kritons are out of a studio right now. The wall in our old one was cracking to pieces, so they have to do something about it... and NO, it's not breaking because of us making too much noise. So right now we can only dream about stuff like this...

PS. i just noticed that is is the 666:th post in the Kriton blog... spooky!

Magic Wand

This is the real thing for all of you Potters and wizzards: Magic Wand -remote control.

"The Kymer Magic Wand is basically a universal remote control that is capable of learning up to 13 different infrared (IR) codes from your existing remotes and then replaying those codes when the spellcaster makes any one of 13 different gestures. Among the gestures that the wand can recognize are rotate, left and right flicks, something called Big Swish, Push Forward and Pull Back.

I saw this thing in action the other day and I'll haffi get me one of those thingies. Think about it: you could easily put a spell on your tv, xbox or macbook with flick of a wrist. I say whooooah.
